Malmslätts AIK

Malmslätts AIK was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Malmslätts AIK, 253 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 63 different groups, whereof Malmslätts AIK could be found in Group 6 together with ASV Sankt Augustin, CD Inter Vista Alegre and Gefle IF. Malmslätts AIK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Club Municipal de Casablanca with 0-3. In the Final, Barca Academy Dubai won over Vasalunds IF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Malmslätts AIK comes from Linköping which lies approximately 220 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Linköping does also provide six additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Lotorps IF, Mjölby AI/FF, Mantorps FF, Tallboda IF, Linköpings FF and IK Östria Lambohov).
