They were divided into 45 different groups, whereof Nacka FC could be found in Group 33 together with Azul FC, SG Quickborn and Hisingsbacka FC. Nacka FC continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 33. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against FK Bromma with 1-3. In the Final, NorCal Premier PDP won over Stjarnan 1 and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16.
