FC Obermais

FC Obermais was one of 9 clubs from Italy that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to FC Obermais, 175 other teams from 22 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 43 different groups, whereof FC Obermais could be found in Group 7 together with FC Süderelbe, Prep School Lions Blue and V. Frölunda IF 2. FC Obermais continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against SG Ruddalen IF 1 with 0-5. In the Final, Makati FC won over Utsiktens BK and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13. FC Obermais comes from Merano which lies approximately 1200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
