Unik FK

Unik FK was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Unik FK, 82 other teams from 16 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Unik FK could be found in Group 10 together with SF Ippendorf, Arsmon Football Club 1 and Sävedalens IF. Unik FK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Sollentuna FK with 0-2. In the Final, Vita Youth 3 won over FC Black Stars Basel and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Unik FK comes from Uppsala which lies approximately 400 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Uppsala does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Gamla Upsala SK, Danmarks IF, IF VP Uppsala, Håbo FF, Sveakurd FF, IK Sirius FK, IK Uppsala Fotboll, Storvreta IK, SigtunaMärsta United FK and Märsta IK).
