In addition to the 10 Prep School Lions teams, 114 other teams from 29 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 30 different groups, whereof Prep School Lions Navy could be found in Group 1 together with Culver City Football Club, Lerums IS 2 and IF Brommapojkarna 12-2. Prep School Lions Navy made it to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Culver City Football Club, which they won with 6-5. Thereby Prep School Lions Navy won the entire Play off B in Boys 12 during Gothia Cup 2024.
