In addition to the 10 Prep School Lions teams, 114 other teams from 29 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 30 different groups, whereof Prep School Lions Blue could be found in Group 17 together with RCD Espanyol Academy Göteborg, Concordia Eschersheim and PEFC 1. Prep School Lions Blue continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 17. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Hermansby IF with 2-4. In the Final, Prep School Lions Navy won over Culver City Football Club and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12.
