In addition to Prep School Girls, 79 other teams from 15 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Prep School Girls could be found in Group 6 together with Marin FC 2, Stjarnan 1 and IF Brommapojkarna 1. Prep School Girls continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Värnamo with 2-7. In the Final, Breidablik 1 won over KFV Segeberg and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 14. Prep School Girls also participated in Girls 13 during Gothia Cup 2023. They reached the 1/16 Final in G13 Play off A, but lost it against Kjelsås IL with 1-3.
