In addition to the three Prep School Girls teams, 51 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 13 different groups, whereof Prep School Girls Red could be found in Group 2 together with Kjelsås IL 2, Santa Monica Tidal Waves and IFK Lidingö FK Blå. Prep School Girls Red continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Regents Park FC with 1-2. In the Final, Hammarby IF won over Jitex BK and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 13. Prep School Girls also participated in Girls 12 during Gothia Cup 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in G12 Play off A, but lost it against Kärra KIF with 1-3.
