Storvreta IK

Storvreta IK was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 17. In addition to Storvreta IK, 110 other teams from 23 different countries played in Boys 17. They were divided into 27 different groups, whereof Storvreta IK could be found in Group 3 together with Ullensaker Kisa, Sirio and FC Rastede eV. Storvreta IK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Åkersberga FC Svart with 5-6. In the Final, Ljungskile SK/Groheds IF won over IK Franke and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 17. Storvreta comes from Storvreta which lies approximately 410 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Storvreta does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Gamla Upsala SK, Danmarks IF, IF VP Uppsala, Sveakurd FF, IK Sirius FK, IK Uppsala Fotboll and Unik FK).
