In addition to the two Ekerö teams, 24 other teams from 5 different countries played in Girls 14B. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Ekerö IK 2 could be found in Group 3 together with Randesund IL, Saltsjöbadens IF and Nynäshamn IF FK. Ekerö IK 2 continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Sollentuna FK with 0-2. In the Final, Empire FC 1 won over Sollentuna FK and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 14B.
