Surahammars FK

Surahammars FK was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Surahammars FK, 189 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 47 different groups, whereof Surahammars FK could be found in Group 34 together with BK Häcken 1, MUKP Dabrowa Gornicza and Iconz Elite. Surahammars FK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 34. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Örby IS with 0-1. In the Final, Throttur, FC 1 won over Bara GIF Svart and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14. Surahammars FK comes from Surahammar which lies approximately 330 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Surahammar does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Barkarö SK, Västerås SK Ungdom, Munktorps BK, Västerås IK, Skiljebo SK, Eskilstuna City FK, Västerås SK Fotboll, IK Franke, Åkra FC and Sala FF).
