US Montesson

US Montesson was one of 31 clubs from France that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 17. In addition to US Montesson, 110 other teams from 23 different countries played in Boys 17. They were divided into 27 different groups, whereof US Montesson could be found in Group 13 together with Nacka FC, SC Borgfeld eV and Premier Soccer Academy. US Montesson continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 13. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Ljungskile SK/Groheds IF with 1-3. In the Final, Ljungskile SK/Groheds IF won over IK Franke and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 17. US Montesson comes from Montesson which lies approximately 1200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Montesson does also provide 15 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Among others: FC Villennes Orgeval, JSC Pitray-Olier Paris, Section Elite Academy, Arsmon Football Club, Championnet Sports, Us Gouvieux, U S E Saint Leu Esserent, FC Saint Cloud, MG SPORT and JFF Academy).
