Sveakurd FF

Sveakurd FF was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 14B. In addition to Sveakurd FF, 56 other teams from 13 different countries played in Boys 14B. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Sveakurd FF could be found in Group 9 together with La Academia FC, AIK FF 2, Hisingsbacka FC and Linero IF. Sveakurd FF continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Empire FC with 1-2. In the Final, Intercups MX won over Empire FC and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 14B. Sveakurd comes from Uppsala which lies approximately 400 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Uppsala does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Gamla Upsala SK, Danmarks IF, IF VP Uppsala, Håbo FF, IK Sirius FK, IK Uppsala Fotboll, Storvreta IK, SigtunaMärsta United FK, Unik FK and Märsta IK).
