Ersboda SK

Ersboda SK was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Ersboda SK, 181 other teams from 28 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 45 different groups, whereof Ersboda SK could be found in Group 5 together with Throttur, FC 2, FC Flora Tallinn and Lørenskog IF 2. Ersboda SK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Spånga IS FK with 5-6. In the Final, Suwannaphum FC won over Rælingen FK 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16. Ersboda SK comes from Umeå which lies approximately 820 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Umeå does also provide 8 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Tegs SK, IFK Umeå, Mariehem SK, Sandåkerns SK, Gimonäs Umeå IF, Umeå IK FF, Umedalens IF and Umeå Södra FF).
