In addition to Högsby IK, 56 other teams from 13 different countries played in Boys 14B. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Högsby IK could be found in Group 2 together with Empire FC, Hammarby IF and Vallens IF. Högsby IK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against SG Ruddalen IF with 1-3. In the Final, IFK Fjärås won over Barkarö SK and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14B. Högsby IK also participated in Boys 13 during Gothia Cup 2023. They reached the 1/32 Final in B13 Play off B, but lost it against Sandarna BK 1 with 1-2.
