Hanvikens SK

Hanvikens SK was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Hanvikens SK, 181 other teams from 28 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 45 different groups, whereof Hanvikens SK could be found in Group 31 together with Prep Schools District, Montreuil Football Club and Eriksbergs IF. Hanvikens SK continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 31. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against NorCal Premier PDP with 0-2. In the Final, NorCal Premier PDP won over Stjarnan 1 and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. Hanvikens SK comes from Tyresö which lies approximately 400 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Tyresö does also provide 74 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Among others: Örby IS/Söder United, Stockholm Södra Fotboll, Stureby FF, Ursvik IK, Essinge IK, IK Frej Täby, Djurgårdens IF, Knarrbacken FC, IFK Aspudden-Tellus and IFK Stocksund).
