In addition to the two Vicente del Bosque Academy teams, 174 other teams from 22 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 43 different groups, whereof Vicente del Bosque Academy Blue could be found in Group 9 together with Bjärreds IF 1, SG Ruddalen IF 2 and As Voltaire Chatenay Malabry. Vicente del Bosque Academy Blue continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Halmstads BK with 1-3. In the Final, Halmstads BK won over Qviding FIF 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 13.
