In addition to Nacka FC, 110 other teams from 23 different countries played in Boys 17. They were divided into 27 different groups, whereof Nacka FC could be found in Group 13 together with US Montesson, SC Borgfeld eV and Premier Soccer Academy. Nacka FC continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 13. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IK Franke with 2-3. In the Final, Ljungskile SK/Groheds IF won over IK Franke and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 17. Nacka FC also participated in Boys 16 during Gothia Cup 2023. They reached the Semi final in B16 Play off A, but lost it against Lillestrøm SK 2 with 5-6.
