They were divided into 45 different groups, whereof Kävlinge Harrie FF could be found in Group 2 together with Åsa IF, Intercups MX and IR. Kävlinge Harrie FF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Tidaholms GIF with 0-1. In the Final, Suwannaphum FC won over Rælingen FK 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16.
