In addition to Mädchen Auswahl Tirol, 83 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Mädchen Auswahl Tirol could be found in Group 13 together with QBIK, IFK Aspudden-Tellus and Edet FK. Mädchen Auswahl Tirol continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 13. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Valencia CF Academy Canada with 2-3. In the Final, Throttur, FC 1 won over Lerums IS and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 16.
