NK Bubamara

NK Bubamara was the only club from Croatia that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 11. In addition to NK Bubamara, 80 other teams from 23 different countries played in Boys 11. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof NK Bubamara could be found in Group 14 together with Landskrona BoIS, TSV Brunsbrock 1 and BK Häcken 1. NK Bubamara continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 14. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Hammarby IF 1 with 1-3. In the Final, GAIS won over RS Sports and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 11. NK Bubamara also participated in Boys 11 during Gothia Cup 2023. They reached the 1/4 Final in B11 Play off A, but lost it against Legacy Academy with 2-3. NK Bubamara comes from Zagreb which lies approximately 1400 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than NK Bubamara, the club NK KRŠKO does also originate from the area around Zagreb.
