Nykvarns SK

Nykvarns SK was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Nykvarns SK, 82 other teams from 16 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Nykvarns SK could be found in Group 15 together with IFK Tidaholm/Ekedalens SK /Ekedalens SK, Tec. de Monterrey and JFV Union 18. Nykvarns SK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 15. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Grand Ouest Élite 47 with 1-2. In the Final, Vita Youth 3 won over FC Black Stars Basel and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Nykvarns SK comes from Nyk which lies approximately 140 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Nyk does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (IFK Värnamo and Lammhult, IFK).
