In addition to Empire FC, 34 other teams from 9 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Empire FC could be found in Group 7 together with Jitex BK 2, AG Caen Football and Näsets SK 1. Empire FC continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Makati FC with 0-13. In the Final, Makati FC won over Hammarby IF 3 and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 12.
