Skellefteå FF

Skellefteå FF was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Skellefteå FF, 83 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Skellefteå FF could be found in Group 5 together with Throttur, FC 1, Rælingen FK and IF Väster. Skellefteå FF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Lerkils IF with 1-3. In the Final, KFV Segeberg won over IFK Viksjö and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 16. Skellefteå comes from Skellefteå which lies approximately 910 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Skellefteå does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Skellefteå FC, Sunnanå SK, Morön BK and Rönnskär Railcare IF).
