Section Elite Academy

Section Elite Academy was one of 31 clubs from France that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Section Elite Academy, 123 other teams from 29 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 30 different groups, whereof Section Elite Academy could be found in Group 18 together with Prep School Lions Purple, Smart Football Marsa and Örgryte IS. Section Elite Academy continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 18. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Fútból Consultants Edson Soto with 0-5. In the Final, Fútból Consultants Edson Soto won over Vicente del Bosque Academy Orange and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12. Section Elite Academy comes from Argenteuil which lies approximately 1200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Argenteuil does also provide 15 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Among others: FC Villennes Orgeval, JSC Pitray-Olier Paris, Arsmon Football Club, Championnet Sports, Us Gouvieux, U S E Saint Leu Esserent, FC Saint Cloud, MG SPORT, US Montesson and JFF Academy).
