HITS

HITS was one of 9 clubs from United Arab Emirates that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to HITS, 181 other teams from 28 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 45 different groups, whereof HITS could be found in Group 43 together with BK Olympic, Sollentuna Utveckling FK, Gerdskens BK and Borg. HITS continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 43. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Stjarnan 1 with 2-3. In the Final, NorCal Premier PDP won over Stjarnan 1 and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. HITS comes from Dubai which lies approximately 5000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Dubai does also provide six additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Empire FC, Azul FC, Barca Academy Dubai, Desert Falcon FC, Go-Pro Sports and Desert Rangers Dubai).
