BK Astrio

BK Astrio was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to BK Astrio, 253 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 63 different groups, whereof BK Astrio could be found in Group 4 together with RS Sports, HK 2 and Hossmo BK. BK Astrio continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Beirut Football Academy with 0-3. In the Final, Imperial Future won over RS Sports and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. Astrio comes from Halmstad which lies approximately 130 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Halmstad does also provide three additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Centern, IF, Halmstads BK and Snöstorp/Nyhem FF).
