Knarrbacken FC

Knarrbacken FC was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Knarrbacken FC, 189 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 47 different groups, whereof Knarrbacken FC could be found in Group 40 together with Sandarna BK 2, FC Pidshypnyk and SK Sprint-Jeløy 2. Knarrbacken FC continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 40. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Iberia 2010 with 1-2. In the Final, Throttur, FC 1 won over Bara GIF Svart and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14. Knarrbacken FC comes from Bål which lies approximately 390 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Bål does also provide 76 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Among others: Örby IS/Söder United, Stockholm Södra Fotboll, Stureby FF, Ursvik IK, Essinge IK, IK Frej Täby, Djurgårdens IF, IFK Aspudden-Tellus, IFK Stocksund and IK Frej).
