Midland Independent Schools Lionesses was one of 40 clubs from England that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Girls 18. In the Final, IK Uppsala Fotboll won over Sogndal FK Damer and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 18.
