In addition to the two PEFC teams, 122 other teams from 29 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 30 different groups, whereof PEFC 1 could be found in Group 17 together with RCD Espanyol Academy Göteborg, Concordia Eschersheim and Prep School Lions Blue. PEFC 1 continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 17. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Montrouge FC 92 with 5-6. In the Final, Fútból Consultants Edson Soto won over Vicente del Bosque Academy Orange and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12.
