IK Sätra

IK Sätra was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to IK Sätra, 253 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 63 different groups, whereof IK Sätra could be found in Group 42 together with Jonstorp IF, AKSIL FC and Lille Tøyen FK. IK Sätra continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 42. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Cascais with 1-2. In the Final, Imperial Future won over RS Sports and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. Sätra comes from Gävle which lies approximately 440 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Gävle does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Gefle IF, Hille IF, IK Huge, Stensätra IF and Valbo FF).
