This Girl Kicks

This Girl Kicks was the only club from Wales that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Girls 17. In addition to This Girl Kicks, 60 other teams from 8 different countries played in Girls 17. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof This Girl Kicks could be found in Group 5 together with IK Junkeren, IFK Kumla and Enskede IK. This Girl Kicks continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against SC Alstertal-Langenhorn with 1-2. In the Final, Eskilsminne IF won over Randesund IL and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 17. This Girl Kicks comes from Worcestershire which lies approximately 1100 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Worcestershire does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Schulz Coaching Santos and Midlands Independent Schools Lionesses).
