Hertzöga BK

Hertzöga BK was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Hertzöga BK, 83 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Hertzöga BK could be found in Group 9 together with Nödinge SK, Peamount United FC and SigtunaMärsta United FK. Hertzöga BK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Täby FK Svart with 0-1. In the Final, KFV Segeberg won over IFK Viksjö and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 16. Hertzöga comes from Karlstad which lies approximately 210 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Karlstad does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Norrstrands IF, QBIK, IF Karlstad Fotboll, Hammarö FK and FBK Karlstad).
