Solberga BK

Solberga BK was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to Solberga BK, 175 other teams from 22 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 43 different groups, whereof Solberga BK could be found in Group 15 together with Regents Park FC, FK SK Polanka and Näsets SK Vit. Solberga BK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 15. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Argentina Quattro Football Academy with 2-10. In the Final, Makati FC won over Utsiktens BK and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13. Solberga comes from Hägersten which lies approximately 390 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Hägersten does also provide 75 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Among others: Örby IS/Söder United, Stockholm Södra Fotboll, Stureby FF, Ursvik IK, Essinge IK, IK Frej Täby, Djurgårdens IF, Knarrbacken FC, IFK Aspudden-Tellus and IFK Stocksund).
