In addition to the two Kungsbacka teams, 79 other teams from 24 different countries played in Boys 11. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Kungsbacka IF 2 could be found in Group 19 together with KFV Segeberg 1, IL Heming and Empire FC. Kungsbacka IF 2 continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 19. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Prep School Lions Grey with 0-14. In the Final, Lion City Sailors 1 won over BK Skottfint and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 11. Kungsbacka IF also participated in Boys 11 during Gothia Cup 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in B11 Play off B, but lost it against RS Sports with 4-10.
