Alviks IK

Alviks IK was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Alviks IK, 253 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 63 different groups, whereof Alviks IK could be found in Group 2 together with LKG SKF Indonesia, Fylkir and Hisingsbacka FC. Alviks IK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Örebro SK with 0-4. In the Final, Barca Academy Dubai won over Vasalunds IF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Alviks comes from Luleå which lies approximately 1000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Luleå does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (IFK Luleå, Storfors AIK, Luleå SK, Bergnäsets AIK, Sunderby SK, Piteå IF, Södra United IF, FC Norrsken, Sunderby SK/ Gammelstads IF and IBFF/ÖIF).
