Balltorps FF

Balltorps FF was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Girls 11. In addition to Balltorps FF, 22 other teams from 6 different countries played in Girls 11. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Balltorps FF could be found in Group 1 together with Sävedalens IF 2, Academia EFB Girls, Glumslövs FF and Kungsbacka IF 1. Balltorps FF continued to Play off B after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against PEFC with 0-3. In the Final, Prep School Girls Red won over ATSV Scharmbeckstotel and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 11. Balltorps comes from Mölndal which lies approximately 13 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Mölndal does also provide 73 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Among others: IFK Hindås, RCD Espanyol Academy Göteborg, Öjersjö IF/ Björndammen, Mölnlycke IF, Särö Kullavik IF, Tölö IF, Lindome GIF, IFK Göteborg, IF Warta and Öckerö IF).
