Lotorps IF

Lotorps IF was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Lotorps IF, 83 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Lotorps IF could be found in Group 6 together with Throttur, FC 2, Eskilsminne IF Gul and IFK Fjärås. Lotorps IF continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Throttur, FC 1 with 1-10. In the Final, Throttur, FC 1 won over Lerums IS and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 16. Lotorps comes from Lotorp which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Lotorp does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Lindö FF Norrköping, Smedby AIS, Malmslätts AIK, Tallboda IF, IK Sleipner, Linköpings FF and IFK Norrköping).
