Hestrafors IF

Hestrafors IF was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to Hestrafors IF, 175 other teams from 22 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 43 different groups, whereof Hestrafors IF could be found in Group 19 together with Concordia Eschersheim, Snöstorp/Nyhem FF and Montrouge FC 92. Hestrafors IF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 19. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Halmstads BK with 0-1. In the Final, Halmstads BK won over Qviding FIF 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 13. Hestrafors IF also participated in Boys 12 during Gothia Cup 2023. They reached the 1/16 Final in B12 Play off A, but lost it against Kortedala IK with 2-5. Hestrafors comes from Bolle which lies approximately 38 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Bolle does also provide 58 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Among others: IFK Hindås, RCD Espanyol Academy Göteborg, Öjersjö IF/ Björndammen, Mölnlycke IF, Tölö IF, Lindome GIF, IFK Göteborg, Grunden Bois, Kärra KIF and Lerums IS).
