In addition to Lerkils IF, 83 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Lerkils IF could be found in Group 18 together with Louth Schoolgirls League, Randesund IL 1 and Tallboda IF 1. Lerkils IF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 18. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against FH 2 with 0-1. In the Final, KFV Segeberg won over IFK Viksjö and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 16. Lerkils IF also participated in Girls 15 during Gothia Cup 2023. They reached the 1/32 Final in G15 Play off A, but lost it against Pinneberg, VfL with 0-2.
