Jitex BK continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Sogndal FK Damer with 0-1. In the Final, IK Uppsala Fotboll won over Sogndal FK Damer and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 18. Jitex BK also participated in Girls 17 during Gothia Cup 2023.
