In addition to the two Väster teams, 122 other teams from 29 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 30 different groups, whereof IF Väster Svart could be found in Group 9 together with FC Saint Cloud, Atletico Echegaray and FC Nõmme United. IF Väster Svart continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Culver City Football Club with 2-3. In the Final, Prep School Lions Navy won over Culver City Football Club and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12.
