They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Hisingsbacka FC could be found in Group 4 together with Beirut Football Academy 2, Santa Monica Surf SC and Prep School Lions Sky. Hisingsbacka FC continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Utbynäs SK with 1-7. In the Final, Lion City Sailors 1 won over BK Skottfint and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 11. Hisingsbacka FC also participated in Boys 11 during Gothia Cup 2023.
