Dundalk Schoolboys League

Dundalk Schoolboys League was one of four clubs from the Republic of Ireland that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Dundalk Schoolboys League, 253 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 63 different groups, whereof Dundalk Schoolboys League could be found in Group 22 together with Cefor Morelia, Eskilstuna City FK Randig and Backatorp IF. Dundalk Schoolboys League continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 22. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Athens Stars with 1-3. In the Final, Imperial Future won over RS Sports and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. Dundalk Schoolboys League comes from Dundalk which lies approximately 1200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Dundalk Schoolboys League, the club Louth Schoolgirls League does also originate from the area around Dundalk.
