IFK Oskarshamn

IFK Oskarshamn was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to IFK Oskarshamn, 175 other teams from 22 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 43 different groups, whereof IFK Oskarshamn could be found in Group 39 together with Alegria FK 1, Rakkestad Idrettsforening and Uran Lukowica. IFK Oskarshamn continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 39. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Högsby IK with 3-4. In the Final, Makati FC won over Utsiktens BK and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13. IFK Oskarshamn comes from Oska which lies approximately 270 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Oska does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Oskarshamns AIK and Högsby IK).
