Västerås SK Ungdom

Västerås SK Ungdom was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Girls 13. In addition to Västerås SK Ungdom, 53 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 13 different groups, whereof Västerås SK Ungdom could be found in Group 6 together with Backatorp IF, Jersey Wanderers FC, Brighton, Hove & District Blue and Djurgårdens IF. Västerås SK Ungdom continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against BK Häcken 1 with 0-1. In the Final, BK Häcken 1 won over Lillestrøm SK and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 13. Västerås SK Ungdom comes from Västerås which lies approximately 330 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
