FC Black Stars Basel

FC Black Stars Basel is one of four clubs from Switzerland that will have teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They will participate with one team in Boys 18. In addition to FC Black Stars Basel, 81 other teams from 16 different countries will play in Boys 18. They are divided into 20 different groups, whereof FC Black Stars Basel can be found in Group 13 together with AIK FF, Power Soccer FA, Dänischenhagen/Kiel, MTV and Lidköpings FK. FC Black Stars Basel also participated in Boys 17 during Gothia Cup 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in B17 Play off B, but lost it against Volf Soccer Academy with 0-7. FC Black Stars Basel comes from Basel which lies approximately 1200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than FC Black Stars Basel, the club SC Binningen does also originate from the area around Basel.
