Mölnlycke IS/Sjövalla FK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 25. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IF Brommapojkarna 12-99 with 2-3. In the Final, Fútból Consultants Edson Soto won over Vicente del Bosque Academy Orange and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12.
