Angered BK

Angered BK was one of 429 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Angered BK, 156 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 39 different groups, whereof Angered BK could be found in Group 4 together with KA 1, Furulunds IK, FC Saint Cloud and Spånga IS FK 4. Angered BK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against FH 1 with 0-1. In the Final, Norrby IF won over San Francisco Deltas and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 14. Angered comes from Göt which lies approximately 5 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Göt does also provide 89 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Among others: Lundby IF, Hermansby IF, Kärra KIF, Mölnlycke IF, Älvängens IK, Proletären FF, Nödinge SK, Orust FC, Sävedalens IF and Lunden ÖBK).
