Reds Football Academy

Reds Football Academy was one of three clubs from Jordan that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Reds Football Academy, 212 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 52 different groups, whereof Reds Football Academy could be found in Group 44 together with Belmont United SC, Ekholt BK and Åkra FC. Reds Football Academy continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 44. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Florø SK with 0-2. In the Final, Russell Martin Academy won over SK Sprint-Jeløy 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16. Reds Football Academy comes from Amman which lies approximately 3400 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Reds Football Academy, the club FISA Jordan does also originate from the area around Amman.
